FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHEN TO ORDER YOUR STATIONERY
It is best to order your stationery as far in advance as possible – six to nine months if timescales allow, however we will ensure your order is completed within 4 - 6 weeks. If you have left it a little late, don’t worry, please contact us and we will endeavour to fit in with your timescales.
HOW TO ORDER YOUR STATIONERY
All our stationery is individually priced per card, there is no minimum order and the price includes either cream or white envelopes. Unfortunatley we are currently unable to take orders online. You will find an order form by clicking here. Fill in all the details, choosing the wording and typeface you require for your inserts. If you choose to have your own wording, please complete the section on the back of the order form and post it, along with your payment, to

Once we have received your order we will send you a confirmation letter and we always send proofs for approval before proceeding.
WHEN TO SEND YOUR INVITATIONS
You should be aiming to send your invitations out at least six weeks before your wedding, however during the busy summer months it may be advantageous to send them out three months beforehand. If you have planned your wedding venue well in advance it may be a good idea to send out a “Save the Date” card to ensure your guests will be available. These can be sent out as far in advance as you wish.
CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT COLOUR?
Most of our designs can be colour coordinated to you chosen scheme.

WANT SOMETHING DIFFERENT?
If you require a colour that is not listed, please e-mail us at info@moments-weddings.co.uk or contact us on 01463 861256 to discuss or send a sample of the colour you require. We can also offer a free design service if you want something just a little different or are having a themed wedding.
INVITATIONS FOR ALL OCCASIONS
We are also able to cater for Civil Ceremonies or personalise invitations for other occasions such as anniversaries, birthday parties or christenings. Please write out your wording in full on a separate sheet of paper and attach to the order form or you can e-mail us at info@moments-weddings.co.uk or call us on 01463 861256 to discuss your requirements further.
